Why did I choose this picture for my last one? I didn’t. If I had it to do all over again, I might have picked a different picture to end with, but since this was a process, I didn’t pick all my favorites at once and put them in a meaningful order, this one ended up last. But I do love this picture, the blue, the chrome, the maroon car in the background. And that it is of an old car.

I agree on all the above, especially blue (my favorite color, all shades too) but also intriguing is the Utah plate...red? is it a collector plate? Not a red person but it adds to your rich colors! Not a Dodge fan either but I know where one sits with snow pushed between the tarp! ..and your last one? I was kind of hoping to see Carmi's comments reach 100!
I had to look back at the other pictures of the car, but the plate seems to be an original 1959 Utah plate. Back in the day when they were one color instead of a pretty picture, and they changed color every year. I've got a blue '69 Utah plate in the garage, I should see if I can get it registered to my blue '69 LTD.
that would be cool! I am a bit into plates on cars as well...they can add so much, don't you agree?
I agree, the classic old plates are really cool on cars, although the personalized ones I have on them reflect their personalities. For example, the '69 4 door hardtop has HI-FIVE-0, because it looks like the cars Danno Williams drove in the original series.
I agree....personalities are fun too...even the tough ones that may take some time to figure out...but I am a fan of Danno, haven't seen the new TV show yet.....it may spoil the old one.... ;)
I haven't seen the new Hawaii Five-0 either, but I've heard it's a disappointment. I think their fatal mistake was to try to create a new series with the same characters as the 40 year old shows, instead of doing the "Next Generation" thing and have all new characters.
