Braille

I don’t know if he is legally blind, or if it is inevitable in his future, but I have a student that has a special order huge math book, and knows Braille.

Today he showed me how to write my name (as he knows me) in Braille.

I may just have to make it my standard blog signature.

Soon you'll be able to read all the signs they've put up in our buildings now....

Only if those incredibly cheap (not necessarily inexpensive, though) things last long enough.

Even before the students showed up they had to screw some of them in to make them stay. Of course they didn't think about where they were putting the screws in them, which the kids immediately noticed were in an, um, interesting position on the men's and women's room signs.
