Actually, I think all those folks who attach little carts to their bicycles and pull their babies behind them on busy streets should be tried for child abuse. Seriously, it would be better for them to have the baby in a back carrier while they rode than in a little wagon where the parent has to dismount, turn around, unzip a screen, and unbuckle the child in order to snatch it out of harm's way. And harm is mighty close when you're dragging a child in a flimsy cart along a busy street.
