Classic Elegance/Wal*Mart Pricing.

**Less than a million dollars!**

At least it wasn’t priced at $999,999.99.

Yeah, and "elagance" is so classy, too! Wow. A dollar off the price AND a misspelled word. That really IS Walmart classiness.
And if the realtor is wearing gold lame or orange spandex, we'll know it really IS Walmart indeed!

Also, landscaped by a "Master Gardener."

Yup, it was really Uncle Jim, but he likes to call himself a "Master Gardener" since he took that community school class on xeroscaping last spring.....

I knew you'd catch the spelling error, incredible advertising. If I ever sell my house, I want that realtor to sell it!

Okay, what is a Vollyball Court? ha ha...kind of sad for Miss Sandy...did you cover her last name up, or is that how the ad read?...just call Sandy...reminds me of a line in "You've Got Mail!" What a steal of a price if you really wanted something too much over the top...too much area for me to clean! Of course they probably have maids or would Sandy spell it mades!

Volleyball Court - hmmm, fancy way of saying "big lawn with a net across it." As for the Sandy, that's a city on the southern end of the Salt Lake Valley.

I can only guess how they got the name... and it makes perfect sense for Utah residents knowing it as a town! Surprisingly all that for such a small price really....there are houses with far less for sale here that are priced even over a million....amazing what some people will pay for a house.
