Karen - Yeah, I guess Big Green doesn't fit any more. Big Grey maybe?
Thunder - A few more coats of paint and then maybe a clear coat. She's too rusted out in some areas to make it worth a complete restoration, the goal is just to stop the rust from spreading.
Hmm... it's just not sinking in for me. Odd. But then, it is Monday, and I've been doing nothing but standardized testing for 3 weeks now -- and you expect me to think clearly?? Not gonna happen. At least paint still makes sense to me. And I did know the grey was just an undercoat. Still going for green, I imagine, with the interior the way it is??
I was going to go green, but they didn't have a good green in Rustoleum paint, so I'm actually thinking about painting it grey. I kind of like how it diminishes the imperfections. And it kind of gives it a Mad Max look that goes with the dents and dings.
Actually, it's been a lot of fun,m and very interesting. First time I've tried painting a car, and it is ending up looking a lot better than I expected.

Um, new paint job half-finished? I'm slightly confused by the order of the photos.
Looks like you had fun putting another good coating of protection from the elements on....now what is this car's name....?
Very nice, Max.
What are your plans for her?

All I see is a lot of time spend on some very hard work. Hope you found it fun besides.
