None of my students seemed to be too concerned about today. A few shook my hand on the way out of class yesterday and said "I'm glad I got to meet you before the world ended.", but it seemed more as a joke than serious. But at least Warren Jeffs agrees it won't end today. He's saying the end is this Sunday. Bleah.
Hey, good point. If it's already Saturday somewhere, how can the world end on Friday? If they were smart enough to predict the end of the world, they should have been smart enough to say "but in New Zealand, it will end on the 22nd". No?

I've been humming that song all week. :)
And my 7th graders have been much more worked up about this than about last week's school shooting. Go figure.
Yes!...and I'm so happy to be right here sharing it with you!

Bleah.
In this part of the world it's already Saturday morning, nearly midday as I write this. So we made it through - and I'm pretty sure y'all will too :)
