I've always admired people who plan ahead on this sort of thing. As far as I can tell, you do a good job with this: taking Trax, etc.
It's easy for a teetoller like me, so I admire those who have to plan things out to help keep others safe.
I knew a guy in Scotland who would not drive if he'd even had one beer. (Of course, the beer in Scotland has got to be stronger than the stuff sold in Utah.) That was impressive -- especially in Scotland, where binge drinking is the national passtime.....
Hope you're well enough to do something fun tonight.
My back is not in good shape after yesterday, so I'll probably celebrate the new year with heat packs in bed.

well, the way I'm feeling, I don't think it's going to be very much trouble for me to get home. I'm feeling better than I was yesterday, but I don't think I should be doing anything to lower my resistance right now.

Yeah, drunk driving would lower anyone's resistance to death....

How true, but I was just talking about drinking in general, and how it isn't very conducive to fighting the common cold.
