Pat Bagley, in his Clueless George series of books, has had great fun with that "I am the decider" line. (The books, if you've never seen them, are a parody of Curious George, and they are very, very funny.)

I've heard of the Clueless George books, but never had a chance to see them. Might just have to buy 'em.
