NYC also had a lot of rain this month.
Hey, Max, remember when I lived in Scotland and I e-mailed you that "funny" story about a guy washing his car in the pouring rain? And we both laughed about it?
After this month, it just really doesn't seem all that funny anymore.....

Can we safely say now that this is not a drout year?
hmmm.
Of course, it could be 110 next week and stay that way for 2 months, using up all the water.
sigh.
That's the beauty of Utah, we could see no precipitation for the whole summer and end up having a drought year. Irony.
