Registered and licensed.

The

theme for this week is “Letters, numbers & other characters”.

At first I tried to find pictures of the room number of all the classrooms I’ve taught in.  That would have resulted in a set of 13 different pictures.  I couldn’t find even one, so I changed concepts.

Here are 34 of the license plates from the cars I’ve owned in my life.  They date from 1976 to today, although it’s not a complete list because some of my pictures of my cars didn’t have a good view of the plate.  There are also a few doubles, I’ve had personalized plates that have been on several cars.

So, here’s a trip through Utah Vehicle Registration history.  How many cars can you identify (without clicking on the “My 58 Vehicles” tab at the top).

And cars were your SECOND choice??!!
You're slipping, Max. Slipping.

Well done, as usual. :)

I can't do it, Max.

I've owned two cars in my life, and the one I had before I got a driver's license doesn't count!

But that's a nice mess of photos and bumpers you got there.

There is a francophone among those licence plates! MERDE! He/she spoofed the people who allow acceptable signature plates!

Lisa - I know, I know. It surprised me too.

Thunder - Yeah, it started out unintentional, but now it's like some kind of bucket list goal - to have had 100 cars in my life.

Michèle - I had that plate legally registered for several years before the DMV caught on and recalled them. They did give me free new ones to replace them.

Someone has a number plate or rather a car fetish. Only a dedicated fanatic would have all these. Great, Max.

Karen - you make me blush :)

Bob - Yeah, Over the years I've had a few referrals to the Henry Ford Clinic.
(That line is an oldie, but a goodie).

lol I am on the third car I have owned in my lifetime. I tend to hold onto them for ten years or so, so nearly time for my fourth.
