And then the neighbors' dogs will be allowed to bark until midnight. And then the *&^% starlings will decide to have a karaoke party in the tree outside your bedroom window every morning at 3:30 for the next 12 weeks. And then the temperatures will soar into triple digits and you will sweat constantly and sleep rarely. But, eventually, autumn will come again. Thank heaven.
Sorry, you and I definitely see summer differently. Of course I don't have the fun of a dog barking next to me, but I tend to sleep better in the summer than in the winter.

For me, it's like kissing real sleep goodbye for 3 months. Ugh. So frustrating.
