Still reaping the benefits.

I quit working at the Chevron about three months ago.  A week or two before I gave my notice I asked the manager if I could have one of the advertising props when they were done with it.  She’s always been great with this, employees were welcome to put dibs on and take home the advertising props that distributors brought, when they were no longer being used.

So, yesterday I went there to get some stuff.  I was talking to the manager, and on my way out as I said bye, she told me that the hammock I asked for was waiting for me in her office.  Pretty cool, considering I don’t work there any more.
