The first set were scanned a while ago, off the original prints, which I seem to have printed the wrong way. When I was looking them up to make sure they were from SLC, I looked at the more recent scans off the original negatives. They were backwards from the pictures I posted but also bigger files so I could zoom in on the parking sign and see that they were the right way around.Max Sartinhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/07271198231897203659noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2313795221042048302.post-26126786729636127642011-11-05T09:29:29.610-06:002011-11-05T09:29:29.610-06:00I'm 98.9% sure that they were taken in SLC, th...I'm 98.9% sure that they were taken in SLC, the pictures are on the same roll of film as some pictures I have of the Irving school in Sugarhouse, dated back in 1979. I don't know where else I would have gone to take those pictures.Max Sartinhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/07271198231897203659noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2313795221042048302.post-65551267043193391192011-11-04T21:40:49.382-06:002011-11-04T21:40:49.382-06:00That doesn't look the least bit familiar to me...That doesn't look the least bit familiar to me. Are you SURE it was in SLC? Is there are chance it might have been somewhere else?<br />It's of an age and style that it should've been downtown, in the area of Patrick Dry Goods or the Salt Lake Stamp Company or the old Salt Lake Hardware Building. But it's not any of those.Lisa Shaferhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/08141316010311729143noreply@blogger.com
