There's never a garbage can more than 10 feet away, yet the park is pretty much covered in trash. Humans are pigs (my apologies to actual pigs).Max Sartinhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/07271198231897203659noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2313795221042048302.post-554575848282563312015-04-18T20:39:10.865-06:002015-04-18T20:39:10.865-06:00For several years (but not this year), a drink sto...For several years (but not this year), a drink stop for the marathon was set up about a block from my place. All I can tell you about that is that SLC marathon runners are PIGS!!! Cups would be freakin' everywhere for a whole block! Apparently, they could not be bothered to put them in bags/cans/whatever. Then they'd blow all over before anyone came to clean them up. The volunteers would all leave without cleaning up the mess; they'd wait for someone else to do it.
I HATED this!
I was so, so, SO glad to see the marathon had changed routes this year. Let the PIGS leave garbage somewhere else for a change!Lisa Shaferhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/08141316010311729143noreply@blogger.com
